Registration Process

Each Trained Nurse, Care Assistant or Support Worker, goes through our thorough recruitment process which includes a full face-to-face interview with a Registered Nurse or Care Consultant who discusses their work history and experience, assesses their suitability and checks relevant paperwork. All our Nurses have a minimum of 2 references including their current or most recent employment. Their PIN Number and Statement of Entry are checked, together with their eligibility to work and an Enhanced CRB Disclosure is obtained.
